Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, please include a photo of any defects.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. To expedite the process, please include an unboxing video of the product.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care items (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
