In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint to customer care at adcrafts10@gmail.com. Damage or defect will be assessed within 72 hours, and a solution will be provided. If, in the opinion of HarshitaCrafts, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by HarshitaCrafts, to address the issue.
Cancellation in Case of a Wrong Product:
If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please raise the issue immediately and report it to support.

Shipping & Returns
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
